Thesis Title: An Exploratory Study of Interpersonal Communication Within Selected Organizations in and around Chandigarh

About

My research focused on the factors affecting interpersonal communication within organizations. We studied the impact of biographical factors (like gender, age, and tenure) on communication effectiveness within organizations. We also studied the impact of stereotyping and other perceptual biases on interpersonal communication within organizations. Some of our findings were in accordance with established theories of interpersonal communication while other findings provided interesting new insights and many possible themes for further research.
